that he alone is licensed to deal with

them in Opium in whatever

quantities it may

be purchased.

that vessels are in

consequence driven from this Harbour?

If Thursday next at 12 o'clock you will

be so kind as to produce

the evidence

in support of the foregoing Charge, I will summon the parties connected with the Opium Farm to appear here at that time, that the matter in question may undergo

investigation.
